With over seven years of experience in education, the founder of The Leadership Lab brings a strong foundation in both classroom instruction and school leadership. She has taught multiple grade levels K - 5 and served in key leadership roles, Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) liaison and facilitator of student support teams. Her work has consistently focused on supporting the whole child - academically, socially, and emotionally, while also leading professional development and strengthening school-wide systems.

She holds dual master’s degrees, including a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Teaching from Pepperdine Graduate School of Education. She is also Social Emotional Learning (SEL) certified through UC Berkeley. Along with advanced training in literacy, structured reading and equity-focused practices, she has developed a deep understanding of how students learn, grow and thrive. Her approach is rooted in strong relationships, high expectations, and creating inclusive environments where every student feels seen, supported, and capable.

The Leadership Lab was created from a clear and consistent realization: while students are taught what to learn, they are not always taught how to lead, communicate and believe in themselves. After years of seeing students struggle with confidence, self-expression and problem-solving, she set out to create something different. The Leadership Lab is designed to intentionally build these life skills, giving children the tools, experiences and confidence to thrive not only in school, but in every area of their lives.
